What do you have to do?
- Each week you have to post at least one picture of your workout gears (t-shirt, shorts, shoes, etc.), one accomplishment you did, and one motivational quote.
- Every Saturday, post your whole week schedule: how many minutes you do; what exercises did you do; on what day, etc.
- Every two weeks, you will weigh yourself and post how many pounds you lost or, if God forbids, gain.
Everyone should try to at least do TWO of these because it might help you realize why you started or wanted to be healthy/fit in the first place.
