Suggestions to “Get You Started” to be committed with exercising during the Summer and stabilize your weight:

  1. Print out blank calendar templates. Here’s the website for it:
  2. Get a “Food Journal.” Silly? Yes, but some people prefer to list out what they eat to keep them on track.
  3. Post motivational quotes all over your wall or mirror on sticky notes.
  4. Calculate all the food that you ate. Or at least try to calculate.
